Analytics definitions

Every number in the dashboard maps to one definition below — nothing is estimated.

Views

One view is one visitor session that opened the demo, counted from a fresh, per-page-load session id (see privacy in the embed). Bot traffic is excluded from this count and shown separately, never silently dropped.

Unique viewers

Distinct viewers within the selected date range, deduplicated server-side by the daily-rotating visitor hash — not by anything stored on the visitor's device.

Completion rate

The share of views that reached the demo's last step. A demo with branching can have more than one path to "last step" — completion counts any of them.

Device split

Views grouped by coarse device class (phone / tablet / desktop), each as a share of total views in range. This is the dashboard's hero stat — most teams are surprised by how much of their traffic is mobile, which is the entire thesis of the product.

Funnel

Per step: how many distinct views entered it, the drop-off rate since the previous step (0 on the first step), and the average time spent on it before the visitor moved on.

Window

How far back you can query is a plan entitlement, not a UI setting — Free is capped at 30 days of history regardless of the date range requested.
